ghug, you are right about what you are saying, generally.

Here is my biggest fear on Ezio. I fear that, given the closed setup, he came up with the idea to be bizarre, outlandish, and fake-knowledgey, and he is using that to get town reads.

He is definitely doing stuff that I usually read as towny because it is so conspicuous. I have a slight fear that he is one step ahead, however, and that he is clever scum putting on a show.

But...it's a tough one. I'd rather not lynch him today.

Ezio said he was scum reading Fox, but didn’t have a case it was based on. Offered up a vague reason, that I showed to be false. Setting himself up to move to Foxy if he gets lynched for town cred? Without actually increasing the chance of him being lynched.

Sees the wagon starting to build and throws shade at Balki and myself. To try and justify why he isn’t move to Fox. When he had already said he wanted to give Balki another turn.

Suffice to say I don’t agree with your assessment Ghug.

Why do you townread Damian? Is there anything beyond the fact that you think he had good reads early?

Scum would be delighted to lynch me. I am active and aggressive, and sometimes I solve games. So two scum buckets on my wagon to push it through sounds right.

rdrivera has played timid and trying to stay out of the spotlight. I think him camping a vote to distance himself from a partner sounds about right too.

Why do you townread Damian? Is there anything beyond the fact that you think he had good reads early?

Two main things:

(1) It's not just that he had good reads early. He was putting out fires on mislynch targets who turned out town. I don't really remember the specifics on this, but here is an example: people who were town reading ghug on Day 2, or defending ghug on Day 2 look pretty towny now. The reason is that ghug was a great mislynch candidate for scum, and they had no idea that you would flip before they could lynch you. I don't recall if Damian town read ghug on Day 2, but I do recall that he was town reading a few townies who seemed like good mislynch targets for scum.

(2) His progression on me is quite towny. He pushed me early, with little help from anyone. That was a fight that I don't think many scum players would pick on their own. Then when my lynch became likely, he came around on at least not scum reading me, and he has pushed against my lynch. That is how I expect town to play it -- it's the opposite of what I expect to see from scum.

I feel about as good about Town Damian read as I do about anything.

It's confirmation bias. I can vote you if this will make you more happy. More seriously, if the scumteam were Fox, Bozo and me the one to detach and bus would be Bozo, as me and Fox are already attached after last day. In fact, Fox could be trying to buddy me, this is one thing I am considering after Squigs flip.

I don't think I have played timid, I am not a big poster, but this is NAI and I didnt stayed in the sidelines.

To be clear, I didn't delete it, it's just that quote levels drop off as things get requoted.

And I don't actually remember what I was thinking when I typed that. I had just come out of a reread of Bozo, though, and maybe I was exchanging one tunnel for another. Because I also have very little idea of who to investigate for the third.
