@Glitter is he buddying you here?
Quite possibly. He knows exactly what he’s doing but I can’t decipher if it’s corny Brain or otherwise motivated….
I’d he doing this now because I called him on buddying you and he knew it’d distract me and everyone else when I bit?

brain has not claimed rose in day 2. He made have had a N1 rose.
We're claiming who chose what, not which nights they have it.

People should explicitly claim which they took. Brain says a lot of things and I don't put a lot of stock in them until it's time to make a serious claim.
I'm not talking about the night the item is active I'm talking about when the claim was made. :eyeroll:
You speculated that he had an N1 rose... :eyeroll:

I feel like part of town is playing to town’s win condition, and another part is lost in the magic of the mystery. Can we ground ourselves please? I’m having fun but I’m sensing a tension between these two groups and there’s room for both, but I think it’s important to find a balance so we can both have fun, and also achieve a win

Reiterating that what got lost there was bunny having reality on his side in those arguments because ghug never once stated he agreed with bunny and none of ghugs votes for me illustrated any such point.

Futhermore bunny stated there were “others” who initially sussed me for my stances early game beyond just ghug and worcej and we never got the names or record of who those people supposedly are/were
Interesting. I want to hear Bunny’s response
Brain never understood what I was saying.

And he wouldn’t say anything else. Eventually I just responded to him bringing it up and he was going nuts that *I* was talking about it so much. When really it was just him being defensive.

As for names, I’m stuck on cell since I can’t use computer. So digging up stuff is harder.
After will starts thinking that maybe my argument makes a little sense; and maybe bunny needs to answer for it, now bunny leaves my wagon; joins balki and sheeps the balki talking point that wills posts are bad.

From what I read so far Brain is actually being a real stand up dude here where’s this DESTRUCTIVE behavior you are seeing??
+1

I feel like there must be ten pages of this game that I just missed. People keep asserting that Brainbomb is doing something strange or destructive, and I feel like they must be on heroin.
I wouldn’t say BB is being destructive but I did still feel he is being “over-trying” and that just seemed off.

I feel like his posts as I am catching up are “talking down” to whoever is reading them, not actually engaging in a conversation in the present.
Worcej is still trying to keep me alive so if worcej and bunny are scum together it makes some sense that the three could keep me viable while they go push will as a miskill.

That begs the question of why bunny and balki would be motivated to kill will over flavius or yoyo? If they think my wagon is going to stay intact because town ghug town chaqa and town spirit are all there still - they know worcej can round out the numbers and will if he shows up will also vote me as he was wondering if I was scum Openly

It makes sense for wagons that its like that

Brainbomb (4) BunnyGo, Ghug, SpiritoftheRadio, Worcej
FlaviusAetius (4) Spartaculous, Damo666, Glitterbomb, Yoyoyozo
Spartaculous (1) Chaqa
Ghug (1) Vecna
SpiritoftheRadio (1) Brainbomb
Glitterbomb (1) FlaviusAetius
JustAGuyNamedWill (1) Balki Bartokomous
Yoyoyozo (3) - damo666, ghug, Spartaculous
brainbomb (2) - SpiritoftheRadio, worcej
FlaviusAetius (2) - GlitterBomb, Yoyoyozo
Spartaculous (2) - Chaqa, FlaviusAetius
JustAGuyNamedWill (2) - BunnyGo, Balki Bartokomous
ghug (1) - Vecna
SpiritoftheRadio (1) - brainbomb

These two count show when the shift happens. Bunny and Balki move to Will, because Will is presumably going to come back to vote me eventually.

Worcej stays on me to keep it possible.

Gonna let this stew in my mind for a while to see if it checks out

Mafia is inherently a mystery story. You have 2 groups, 1 with high information (mafia) and 1 with low information (town). When events happen, information is gathered, either implied or stated by GM. The implied information can be manipulated by mafia to spin whatever story they want, since they are high information, it just has to make sense and it’s believable by the average person.

What I like to do is introduce statistics into the mix, to see if anyone bites. This makes it more clear that the “implied” information isn’t actually information but conjecture, and also fishes for people trying to use this for case-building. I think good mafia players are good at reading people and whether or these efforts are 1. Intentional and 2. In good faith

Great. Love the theory.

What’re you seeing/thinking/mysteriorizing with regards to this game specifically?

I’m definitely not a bro.

And I despise statistics in these games. But I do enjoy hearing any story the way someone wants to tell it.

Bunny is mafia for his role in eliminating Will.

Page 5 he perks up when will says the setup can be broken, then feigns disappointment that it cant.

Page 13 bunny is thrilled that Will had shown up.

Page 25 Will thinks Bunny should answer my questions and is curious about what Bunny has to say

Ok time to figure it out

Honestly leaning against Brain vote here because he will be dead EON1 so I don’t want to have a shooting frenzy at others
##vote just
This post earns will a Bunny vote somehow. Not sure why as its never explained.

Then on page 26 he starts accusing will of buddying

Eventually goes back to will when its between will vs yoyo but tries to vote me again late.

Bunny be mafia.

If you read the mafia players guide in discord this falls into the hollow agency category of scum play.

Hollow Agency
Most common scum are people who talk a bit, maybe talk a lot, but the quality of their pushes and posts tend to lack any real reason. They seem to go with the vibe of the game and push places that “feel” easy to access. Scum with hollow agency will never be around to have to give substantive answers. They may seem argumentative, angry, reactive, and rely on easy outs. They will only ever defend a town on empty baseless reasons or give none at all. Their routine is that they know the answers to the game and they will not provide you anything other than posts to try to make you feel good, (as long as you are wrong). They will sheep and buddy people who are playing badly, and align themselves in ways that don't offer anyone helpful aid or protection. They won't build research around why someone might be innocent because they don't want to do any work for town. These are a relatively challenging type of player to find because they may be active and because they will form alliances with town players to shield themself. However, late game, those alliances will magically disappear and they will go from making you feel like a genius, to making you feel like a fool, with little to no time to change your mind.

Ok…

While nobody else is hunting, I’d like to ask a favor as I’m stuck on cell and this research is difficult.

There was a moment near EOD1 where it was something like a 5 way tie with 2 votes each.

In looking for remaining scum pairs, I’d hypothesize that unless someone had been on the block prior to it (like brain or yo-yo) that no scum were biting together. They didn’t need to, there were at least 3 town wagons (and probably more) so they could spread out comfortably.

Can someone dig the situation up?
