The idea of trying to reach a consensus on the roles where a tie would be bad for town was for players to enter the consensus choices near EOD, regardless of whether they agreed with them, to avoid ties. A number of players disregarded this concept with their final rosters near EOD, and as a result we were closer to tying some slots than we needed to be. I would like to understand why this happened.

I'd like to suggest that there's been a bit of a change in philosophy around that.

I am having a difficult time seeing the type of info we can gain around looking at everyone's roster.

The fact that an absentee was flipped is unfortunate. Very little info. Who was pushing this low-info flip? It appears that Fluminator was, even after obtaining GM confirmation that TFB was about to be Modkilled. This ties into Fluminator's earlier behaviour of refusing to engage with the reads of anyone who hadn't submitted them as @@Official votes. He was persistently opposed to information and just pushed a kill on someone who was absent.

...and after obtaining confirmation, from the GM, that TFB was indeed facing a modkill.

I have a general policy of "let's pressure vote lurkers".

I do not think I have ever vouched for a policy of "let's kill people who are going to be modkilled in a few minutes anyway".

Made a few changes but I’m happy with this. Put Jamie as QB cuz i think he has a better chance of usurping bozo than Bunny

putting glomb in rb2 guarantees that his vote will be ineffectual, so appearing to have voted to rb someone with no real risk for his team
