3 of them are evil, and 8 of them are pure of heart.

If we mis-kill today and the mafia kill somebody tonight then that's 3 scum vs 6 goodies tomorrow.

If we then mis-kill again tomorrow and the mafia kill another goodie, it would be 3 scum vs 4 nice people, and no more mis-kills allowed.
