I assume this will be addressed in the game thread?

if not I had a few ideas.
namely just do what Jamie said, only the OG mafiosa can recruit
or give town one member who simply cannot be recruited, a PR basically
or start the game N1 so there is zero chance of a mafia dying right away

I hesitated to go into this... because this game has some unique strategies, I think.
But in short, ONLY the original mafiaSpies can recruit.

sounds resonable. thats how the mechanic was used in M16, where each group had a recruiter role and the rest were just recruits
