France just needed Tunis to solo and I couldn't stop him from gaining it in the spring, so a sure fire solo for him come the fall, or so i thought. But then he left me gobsmacked by accepting my offer of a draw before the fall move..!

I don't know if this has changed, but the bots used to draw if you draw, I think.

They draw if you vote to draw, and the leading bot hasn't gained any SCs in the last two years. France's last SC gain was StP in F12 so it was willing to draw in F14 - you got very lucky on that!
