As this is pregame; my first bet is, this game will go on to 2021 at the very least.

Let's say we take 10 days for every phase. Each year will be a minimum of 20 days (Spring and Autumn), and we will almost certainly have a builds phase every year. Likely one retreat phase at a minimum per year, maybe more.

On average, each year of the game will likely be be around 35-40 days.

35 days per year, if this game goes to 1910, then it's a 350 day game, minimum.

There are 438 days until 2022. That means we'd on average need about 12.5 years of gameplay, conservatively.

So, this game could theoretically go to 2022, if not further, assuming we really do take full length every time (which seems unlikely).

Looking at the in-game global, you all seem to be able to start in a nice and funny way. England, France and Italy can all self-bounce in an open province, Germany, Austria and Turkey can go on a roundabout (as Austria already suggested to Turkey), only poor Russia cant do a funny move that envolves all of his units

You should let the poor guy solo to balance this injustice.
