Captainmeme submitted a fix for this problem, which I merged in. I ran 1v1 again for April and posted the new list. Kestas Bot is no longer beasting his way up the rankings and won't be doing so any time soon.

Yes, if you have not played a 1v1 game against a human since the cutoff (which I believe is six months, but I may be wrong) for being dropped off the list, you will not see a rating on this month’s list.
