Hang on, is there a difference between this program and the one located in the Diplomacy Advice section, or is it the same system but under new rules?

There's only one, but it's not active at the moment.

I signed up as a mentee when the program started and am still in touch with my mentor, though it feels more like two friends who like to talk about Diplomacy now. I got a lot out of the mentoring and advice. If this restarts, I'm happy to pay it forward to anyone who thinks that I can help as a mentor.
