For those of you who aren't coming to Vancouver this weekend, if you're interested in following the tournament, you can do so at http://diplomacytv.com where you'll be able to find current scores, supply centre charts and hopefully even SC ownership charts, too.
They will be keeping this up-to-date as the games progress. Chris Brand (who created the tool) also threw together a quick "user guide" video at https://youtu.be/HL-7hgQRegY Feedback on the website is appreciated.
