With the English gunboat meta firmly set to the Swordsman Standard (F Lon -> EC), Russia should default to A Mos -> StP. England should be concentrating on securing Brest/Belgium in 1901.

An early E/R non-aggression pact would be an interesting development in Webdip Gunboat meta.

I heard that in the Nexus gunboat tournament, Russia got obliterated (utterly obliterated) and France and Germany were far stronger than the other powers. Maybe the whole meta for everyone could improve, not just webDip!!
