Convoy to Kazakhstan in Modern II?

For some reason I'm not given an option to convoy to Kazakhstan on the modern map. Is this on purpose or a bug or what?

I think this was a bug I posted earlier.

What are all the details? From where, to where?

It was from Caucasus to Kazakhstan. The option to convoy to Iran popped up, but that was all for convoy options. The game is anonymous and on-going so I'm not sure I should say more than that. It's not a big deal in my current game, just threw me when I couldn't do it.

I don't know why this is happening. It was addressed 26 days ago. Perhaps we haven't rebooted the server since?

I fixed this bug a month ago, but I believe the game in question was created two days prior to me making the fix, so that may have something to do with it.
