To solve the problem of CO2 in the atmosphere, we should revert to using steam engines to power everything, including vehicles. Cars are supposed to be only 3% fuel-efficient so I'm sure it would be feasible and efficient to put a steam engine on everything, including vehicles.

If its efficiency we need, I believe that wind power is the most efficient, so we just need to put a wind turbine on every thing that needs power. And also we would need to keep it all outside. And when it’s not windy out you would just need everyone in town to push the thing. And if they fall down then you would be screwed. Other than that and more, TOTALLY the best solution.
