Maple Syrup

Anybody else here make their own? I'm finishing the first batch of the year right now... guessing I'll end up with about a half gallon...

I use it, mostly in tea as an alternative to adding sugar, but I do not have access to any maple trees.
This signature is hard to read in dark mode.
