Sort of suspicious behaviour?

Not sure where to put this so I'll throw it here.

Started a new game and received identical greetings from two different players. This wasn't a simple "Want to ally" this was a three line message with the same formatting, just with the sending country changed.
Is this something to call the mods about or am I overanalysing this?

We're always happy to look into games and investigate suspicions. Please refrain from public cheating accusations as we don't allow them.
