On the other hand I'm delighted to see that rhyming slang is not part of the language censored on the forums. And as someone who lives within riding distance of the Berkeley Hunt, I am particularly fond of that one :p

I think you are correct in your comments about the Australian people being generally fortunate. We're just about to have a Federal election which is a wonderful reward of living in a democracy.
