I haven't actually mentioned any named users, mainly added arbitrary discussion points. for most unique named users by my count (so users that had not been previously mentioned, such as all posts after bb's that mention D-who-must-not-be-named in the Most Infamous thread): we have a first place tie between bb and octavius, both of whom have 4 specifically mentioned, unique users. This was a pretty quick so I might've missed messages where multiple users are mentioned by name but yeah. cool beans. I'm pretty sure the single most mentioned user is darg.
