Have you considered socialism?
Right, and all live like they do in the glorious sh!t hole countries of Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Haiti, .....
You are clearly a very ignorant little man, as exemplified by those odd examples.

Haiti is in a prolonged crisis, but is not a socialist country. The last properly elected President in Haiti was from the Haitian Tèt Kale Party, which is described as a "conservative liberalist" party with a centre-right platform.

Zimbabwe's Zanu-PF government is a "big tent" party with some socialist tendencies, but the crisis facing Zimbabwe is due to decades of corruption and a lack of stable democracy, not due to a specific economic system.

In any case, if you want to just randomly choose examples, there are plenty of capitalist shitholes, you know? I could randomly throw out Equatorial Guinea or The Philippines or whatever, but I'm not as lazy as you.
This reminds me of

24 ¶ Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
(Matthew 7)
¶ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
-- Proverbs of Solomon, chapter 4, verse 23

Social reform so people don't pay attention to ads, so ads aren't so effective and therefore aren't valued so high.
Of your four suggested solutions, this appears to be the one you consider the most viable.

Could you explain how this "reform" would be put into practice?
It would go somewhere along the lines of everyone entering their sports bets and going to grab more pizza from the kitchen during that ads, rather than during the game.

Of course, nobody's going to do this because social constructs support the status quo. However, I would at least argue that this one is less impossible than the other ideas.
You're describing the behaviour you want to see.

What I'm asking is, how do you propose to get people to behave in the manner you envisage?

In what way does it remind you of that?

Speak plainly for once in your life. Use your own words instead of reciting from the Bible. I fucking dare you.

Are you even capable of speaking for yourself? Or are you just a poor-quality version of a bot, programmed to spout Bible verses?

You know, Jamie, I think you need a Bible verse.

I hereby suggest everyone reading this grabs food and places sports bets during ads, and that everyone also recommends similar practices to their friends.

Theoretically this becomes a big chain and everyone does this. Practically this doesn't happen, which I am aware of and was aware of when I made my original statement. My statement was that if this reform was instituted, it would be self-supporting, while the other three I mentioned would collapse due to other parts of the system not supporting them. Sorry if I failed to explain that.

Also, while we're misquoting the Bible,

In the beginning was the Ratio, and the Ratio was with God, and the Ratio was God. (John 1:1)

(This part of the Bible was translated out of Greek. The Greek word for "word", logos, is also the Greek word for "ratio". This translation is even more rational than the standardly accepted one)
