Shouldnt they be required?

I cannot tell you how disapoointing it is to see owners walking naked dogs around places. It disturbs me that birds are flying around with their bums exposed to all who look up. And dont even get me started on the indecency of squirrels.

And while we're at it... what about the Goofy/Pluto controversy? Not ONLY are they both buck naked, but which one is a dog? Why is ONE supposed dog vocal, and the other dumb?

Dogs, birds, squirrels, those are the smaller problems, it's the way elephants, camels, hippopotamus and horses display their intimate body parts shamelessly that concerns the ghost of Mary Whitehouse and current day nudity police.
