Yeah, adblock plus got bought out by some shady company. uBlock Origin (NOT uBlock) is definitely what you want

probably?, might as well try and see. The overall problem is that the company that bought Adblock takes money to let certain ads through. Right now uBlock Origin is the most reputable plug-in that doesnt have that policy

My limited understanding is that it's a more interactive form of TV. There are lots of "channels." On some of them, for example, you can watch top video gamers play their games. There is a live chat/game commentary from those watching. The comments are usually in the form of emojis (and occasionally some words too).

Thanks for your explanation, it sounds like an interesting Interwebby thingy so whippersnappers can post video selfies so when they step backwards into the scenic view briefly then fall & then we can hear them calmly accept their fate and get a view of the waterfalls on the way down with description
