Ignore button?

I can't seem to find an ignore/block button for the user currently spamming the forums? I'd appreciate one. (Did report one of the posts, same complaint applies to all those messages.)

If you open a user's profile clicking on his name in the forum, you can add his to a foe list. Unfortunately you will see the posts posted by them, but you will not see what they wrote.

And in the game you can mute them clicking on the speaker icon next to their name.

It doesn't help much, because the problem is that the bot's junk threads fill the forum.
