Can I make a game with non-random country assignments?

Hi, I'm playing f2f and want to use webdip to process the mechanics. We've already drawn countries. That means I want to assign every player a specific country. Is that possible?

Unfortunately I don't believe that is possible. However, if you're only using the UI to adjudicate orders, you could create a sandbox game, which would allow you to manually fill in the orders of each country on one device after players submit their handwritten orders.

Burner's suggestion is very good, and probably the quickest and most practical solution; however, there is another option: mods can (manually) change the pairings, so you may create a game and then ask us to be made Game Director - i.e. get mod powers for that game.

While the sandbox is probably best for this use case, our sister website vDiplomacy lets you set up new games where each player can pick their own country (without involving the mods).

Thanks all! I want everyone to submit their moves using the website UI on their phones, so the sandbox won't work. Who could I ask about being made a Game Director?

Just post the request on ModForum (you will find it on your home page under "help". The game must have started and I recommend you and your friends immediately pause it

Although, as JECE said, vDip could be the best option since you don't have to wait for a Mod intervention
