Bot Games not proceeding when player is "ready"

I am playing some 2 person Austria v. France bot games, and the bots are not consistently moving forward when I ready my moves. It does not take the entire 3 days for the next phase to occur; it will progress at some mysterious time that I have yet to see a pattern for. The resets are not consistent between different games, from what I can tell.

I have *not* had this issue in a 2 person Italy v. Germany game I just started, nor in the classic version.
