Live game starting before scheduled time

I recently joined a live game with 5 minute phases, scheduled for around 9:20 AM Saturday Dec 2nd MDT. However, the game started as soon as all seven players had joined, rather than waiting for the scheduled time.

Most players missed several turns as a result, and have had reliability penalties.

This should be a boolean setting. Most of the time, I'm happy games start right away, but I can 100% agree that being able to dictate a specific start time is important.
