When does game move on?

Not a bug report as such but can someone explain when the game moves on? We have a game with 24 hours for your move. All players have submitted their moves - shouldn’t the game move on now? If not when does it progress?

All players must "Ready" their submitted moves for the game to move on immediately. If there are any submitted moves that are not readied, then the game only progresses when the deadline for moves is reached.

Thanks echinda. So does the green tick in the status column just mean a player has made their moves but not readied them?
My current game says "All countries have entered orders." and all players have green ticks in their status but it is not moving on.

If you're talking about the "Trust me..." game, atm all players have readied their orders but one (the grey tick)
