One of my games seems to have gotten into a broken state. Whenever I try to open it, the entire screen is white.

I can see the game just fine. It shows F1919M, 15 units for France and Turkey and 2 for Italy. Hopefully it’ll work soon again in your end.

Hmm, it does render here and seems to be working. If you go open Developer tools and go to Console do you see any errors?

That happens to me a couple of times a game. I've found that entering your moves in manually causes the game to update and resolves the issue, allowing you to continue playing on the beta screen.
