Game stuck paused - All countries have entered orders and voted unpause

In the game linked here https://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=410929 we've been trying to unpause for about a week. All countries have voted unpause including defeated ones and everyone has submitted "ready" orders. We've submitted two help requests with no response. Is there anything we can try to get moving again?
