Unable to join games due to reliability rating

Hello!
I very recently joined this site, and tried to find a game to join. However, on all public games, a apparently didn't have a high enough reliability rating. But my reliability rating is 100%! Unless I have misunderstood how this works, something seems to be malfunctioning with my profile.

Hmmm, I thought that all new accounts on this site start with 0 reliability, but maybe I'm wrong....

...regardless, I think the solution is to just play one game against the bots :) instructions here: https://www.webdiplomacy.net/faq.php in "Our AI" and then "How do I play against the AI?"

Maybe it's a bug to show the reliability as 100? @ the dev team?

I think it should even be enough to play 1 turn against the bots, and then draw that game.
