Please implement this simple and easy fix for scheduling live games

Summary: add the option to set the game start time.
The problem: live games automatically start when a game fills. This often results in live games starting at unpredictable times when many of the players in them are unavailable. The lack of ability to set the game start time results in many live games getting ruined and the format not being played as frequently.
The solution: either add the option to set the game start time, or add the option to wait until the end of the 'fill time' to start the game (so that the game does not start early even if all player slots have been filled). The option for this setting could be listed in advanced settings below the 'time to fill game' setting.
PS: While this option would be especially helpful for live games, there is no need to restrict it to just live games as it should be reasonable for slower-paced games as well. Also, the ability for users to outsource scheduling communication to the forums or external chats does not come close to adequately solving the problem with live game scheduling. The vast majority of users simply won't do that often or at all, and the result is drastically fewer live games than there would be if the solution suggested in this post is implemented. Thank you.
