Online Diplomacy Championships 2019

Hi everyone. I will be running the Online Diplomacy Championships (ODC) this year on webDiplomacy.net

The ODC is a diplomacy tournament that invites all* diplomacy players (online and face-to-face) to compete for the esteemed spot of #1 best diplomacy player on the internet

FORMAT: The tournament will be played in three rounds (Qualification, Semi-Finals, and Finals), with each player playing two games per round. All games will be played at webDiplomacy.net with the following settings: the original (Classic) Diplomacy map, hidden draw votes, anonymous players, full press, 36-hour phase length, and a 5 point bet.

# of PLAYERS: I have not decided a cap yet but if the # of players is getting too unruly I will close the sign ups early. So if you are interested in playing I recommend you sign up immediately especially given I need to balance players from all websites/f2f.

*ALL PLAYERS THAT HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
You must be a reliable player. On webDiplomacy.net this means over 80% reliability rating or you successfully make a case to me via PM/email on why you should be allowed to play.

AND

You must have played 10 games of diplomacy in some capacity (f2f or online or postal or any combination of these).

Instructions to find peak ghost-rating: click on the latest month or the last month you played diplomacy (at the moment the latest month is October 2018), find your name on the list (ctrl+f) and find the table saying "Peak Ghost Rating" and record yours down

It's okay we can get your GR when ghug runs GR for the month. Just put your name on the list and your RR if you're interested :)

My silly mistake- I thought we were being asked for our highest position on the list, and mine was 849. FS is correct, my peak is 109, I believe.
