Team Silicon Valley has also joined all of their games. Thank you guys.
East Coast and Greatest Lakes are taking the longest to join. Why am I not surprised...captains get on your teammates

Team Greatest Lakes is not going to be ready for a few more days. How do I know that when I'm not on Team Greatest Lakes? Tune in next week to find out.

Uh the public press game has the rule no in game messaging? Is this intentional?
Re: World Cup 2018 Signups!
Is there a reason why the gunboat game of the finals is set on Hidden draw votes?

Re: World Cup 2018 Signups!
Yep, all set! I posted messages in all the games. Most will be paused for a little while, but I wanted to get them up so PP could launch straight away. I didn't need to shuffle countries at all, so we're good on that front (which is why the games were gunboated). I'll be turning on WFO as I unpause them as well.
Hidden draw votes was a decision I made after the first round when I received some feedback that it wasn't like a true gunboat. I concurred. All the other gunboat tournaments have Hidden Draw Votes, so I adapted to match the site norm.

Re: World Cup 2018 Signups!
So, my deepest apologies to everyone, but it has come to my intention that one team indeed had 3 of the same countries in the draw. A serious error on my part. Public Press will go on, but the remaining three games will be shuffled shortly. My apologies for any inconvenience to strategies and discussions that may have already happened amongst your teams with the current setup.

Our team captain would've noticed this instantly. I agree with VI; let's remove that team and instead bring in #8.

I mean, the primary blame rests with me. I thought I had memorized the teams, but turns out I didn't lol.

Yes, I suppose you could write that message by rolling over a keyboard enough times.

Thanks! (In my defense, the links weren't there yet when I asked.)goldfinger0303 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 4:57 amI just updated the tournament site with the links. Here they are though
