Fascinated by this idea but nervous to invest 2.5 hours. One question: how much meaningful press can you have with multiple people in 5 mins?

So, we changed the Retreats/Builds phase down to 1min from 2min and it now takes under 2h every time. We've actually had a full game in 1h30 before when people readied up and didn't trigger excused missed turns, although usually it's around 1h45.

In terms of meaningful dialogue - surprisingly decent amount! You do need to cut your messages down and focus on the key points to get them out quickly enough, though.
