Keep these rules, posted earlier by HR, in mind:
"Knockout Stage Tiebreakers: If the two legs do not produce a clear winner (either 1-0 or 2-0), then a first tiebreaker game will be played. If this game is also drawn, then a fourth game will be played - and only then will France advance in the case of a tie."

I interpret this as follows: If the second tiebreaker game (fourth game in total) also draws, the person who played France in the fourth game advances. Should be clear, but I want to make sure we're all on the same page here.
