Announcing the 2018 GvI and FvA Showdowns

I don't suppose anyone has a master list of all the games in these tournaments available? Or a common naming convention that would differ from previous versions of this tournament?

edit captainmeme does and is adding this tournament to the finished tournaments page with the new tournament tools. You can see the last 10 rounds there already as well as the winners.

To clarify here, currently adding the 2017 Showdown, I'll be adding these two shortly afterwards :)

All point prizes have been distributed! If you placed 13th or above in either tournament, you should have received a PM telling you how much you won. Let me know if you placed in a prize position and didn't receive one.

Huge congratulations to anyone who won points (finishing 13th or above is no mean feat in a tournament this large) and especially congratulations again to Xorxes for dominating both tournaments!

To wrap up, I also wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone else who worked on TDing this - Ezio, Damian, Tom Bombadil, and especially Goldfinger0303, who ran the later stages of the tournament single handedly. This all would not have been possible without their help.
