I volunteer for the Kouncil election so that it isn't defaulted. Kouncil could also consider having up to 5 members. Probably too big after that. But maybe shoot for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5? We did that when I joined and everyone stopped giving a shit. I think small with a minimal mandate...
