If I move a fleet to the north coast of an enemy territory that has a fleet on the south coast, will it break the enemy fleet's support order?

I thought posting this might expedite things, but apparently not.

It seems sometimes no one gets notified when the games aren’t processing, so I just thought I’d jump on here and mention it so the right people can be notified and take action. If it’s already in process, just ignore me, but I’m jonesing for my next results.

In World Diplomacy IX, can a fleet on Monterrey west coast move directly to Mexico?

I'm just curious about the status of the site issue. I assume someone is aware and working on it. Is there any ETA on when it will be running again?

I haven't played in a few years. I just started a couple games. I missed one turn and according to my profile, my reliability rating is 90%. However, I can't join any games because they all say my RR is too low. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
