Enable excused delays only after S01?
I think we've all had games that have been stuck for days on Spring 1901 because one or more players signed up for a game and forgot to get back to it. Would it be possible to add an option to game creation that enforces a 0 excused delays policy on Spring 1901 to speed things along?

Re: E-mail notifications?
It would be very useful to people with loaded daily schedules, especially when something had gone awry and the schedule is disturbed. I really agree with this; it's the principal reason why I am currently not actively playing the game. A phone app with notifications sounds wonderful; I hope that th...

However, I wonder if it would be possible to implement a system whereby an automated e-mail is sent to a user's e-mail account wheneve...

Thanks! That all makes sense; I thought perhaps there might be some repository of theorycrafting like there is with Chess or Go. I'll start working my way through the websites you suggested!

Theory/strategy books?
Hi folks, been playing off and on for several years now and I'd like to push things to the next level by actually reading up on Diplomacy theory and strategy. Are there any recommended texts that experienced players refer to often?

Re: What stops a unit from supporting another?
Thanks for the heads up! I'm not even sure what a Gunboat is, so I hopefully I haven't unwittingly stumbled into one without knowing! It is anonymous but we are allowed to talk to each other during most phases.

What stops a unit from supporting another?
Hi everyone, I'm sure this question has come up in the past, but I really can't get my head around what makes a unit support another. This has led to some awkward moves in the current game I'm in. For example, I don't understand why the following outcome took place in Greece (I'm Turkey): https://i....
