Addendum: I'm a new player and I'm not understanding the graphical representation. When a unit is dislodged, does it disappear from that territory until the retreat phase, when it reappears in the territory to which it has retreated?

Convoy and move fleet in same turn

New player here. Can I convoy an army unit via a fleet across a sea territory and also move that fleet into a new sea territory on the same turn? That is, do army orders trigger before fleet orders, or no?
