I tend to believe Will here. If this is a play and Will and Brain are both scum together it's an incredible play.

If we want to be 100% cautious we can just kill Brain. But it's unlikely he is the Arsonist.

I have done it before with Ezio and we won the game. In fact Ezio counter claimed me without any previous agreement. I was so pissed with him that when he flipped scum everybody believed I was town.
