Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE [HIDDEN]
The bot going down at every EoD is getting really irritating, I have to say After more log and code reading, code fixing and testing, I have good reasons to believe that this issue is fixed by today's commit on master. https://github.com/plund/mafia/commits/master In file mafia_lib.erl I changed so...

Re: MAFIA 63: THE SCOURGE
Been reading bot logs and crash reports. After making a qualified guess of what the problem was, I installed a patch named "Attempt to fix rare stat crash". Hopefully it stays up for a while now.dargorygel wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 3:56 pmThanks to Peter Lund for spending his New Year's Day bot-working.

Re: Port Chaos (UK)
On the news they said that all 27 member governments and the UK Parliament need to approve the deal next week in order for it to be applied by everyone at the border and elsewhere until the final approval needed will be given by the EU Parliament mid-late January.

I think you may soon be proven wrong...or are you suggesting this is all for show: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-12-23/outline-of-brexit-trade-deal-has-been-reached-officials-say Yes. God bless you. I was wrong! :-) If all approve it we have a deal. That is good for everyone. Mostly ...

Re: Port Chaos (UK)
Because Boris have been looking for "no-deal" all along, and he is smart enough to set up a scam where he can deny everything in order to try to blame EU for the no-deal result afterwards. And Boris has been going for no-deal all along because he wants true independence. Boris wants to be allowed t...

I'd be happy to chip in to run it on the cloud (or to get it a certificate my browser trusts). Thanks for the effort, Peter. If some group of people would take the time to get the bot to run in the cloud, I would be happy help out with installation and configuration of the bot software on that Linu...

Yes he was using those words, that we may be ending up with a "Australia kind of trade agreement with EU" not a "Canadian kind of trade agreement".
Re: H.R. 8932
So that aside. There is a human rights issue at stake here.People have a right to engage with their culture. Personally I don't give a shit about sports and would probably come out against sports based scholarships if I was in charge of education.. . But despite not giving a shit, all people should...

Re: Port Chaos (UK)
Oh wow, so the EU is now playing hardball too. Macron and Merkel won't take a meeting with Johnson, pushing him back to Ursula von der Leyen... So Johnson man now be caught between "no deal" and an embarrassing backdown? As Octavious would say "Oh dear"... To be fair, this was the only hand Johnson...
Re: H.R. 8932
Yes fairness in sports is essential. That is why we do not allow doping. I would go as far as saying that women sports are only for individuals with 2 X cromosomes (alt. the absence of one Y). I have heard that more combos than just XY and XX exist, like XXX and YXX, but then again I am not a biolog...

Re: Port Chaos (UK)
Yes no-deal is looking more and more like this will happen. It is starting to get more and more obvious that no-deal actually was what Boris was going for all the time. Everyone was just a subject to Boris scammy tricks and desinformation strategy. I feel sorry for all the young peple in UK that hav...

I heard that there is a new ferry line going direct between France and Ireland. I think we need more of that, bypassing the UK. That is just problem. Skip it. Let them die alone!
Re: CNN Tapes

Re: wD Mafia Master Post
Last Sunday there was a short outage of the mafia.peterlund.se bot service. Since serveral players asked Dargorygel about it, it seems like it is used and that is nice to see. I thought I would take this opportunity to explain the bot setup. The reason it was "down" this time was that my ASUS home r...

Re: Is our world safer, happier, or more productive....
My history on the internet started early in late 80's. I was amazed by the early Usenet newsgroup discussions and around 1990 I spent way too many hours in quite meaningless discussions with random people on the internet. Well I was single at the time and had all the time in the world to spend. But ...
