Reliability rating

Last year I had a number if u excused turns due to real world stuff going in in my life. I was granted access again a few weeks ago mainly to play games against the bots but play a few regular games as well. I haven’t missed a turn in any circumstance since being reinstated but my RR keeps dropping. Can someone help me figure this out?
