I believe the score card is as follows (please correct if wrong)
1,2,4,5,6,10: real dead male born after 1850, before 1877 born somewhere that is currently part of China, the United States, England, Wales, Gabon, or El Salvador
3: No E in first full name
7,8,9,11: democrat,US politician, never head of state or head of government of a country
