I had a good feeling about that guess! There were only one or two other possible options* and Karikó seemed the most likely to be the answer based on what she's famous for (being instrumental in creating the COVID vaccine).

*Well, I can't find a list of people who were nominated for Nobel Prizes recently, but I don't think that list exists.

Ah, my apologies. I was only thinking of titles in a nobility or knighthood sense. She does get to use the title "Dr.". Guess that means I am also titled.

So, I will update my previous answer and then not count this question unless you reask it.
