7,8,10,13.: Died between 1910 and 1920.
9. British!
11. Not known for musical performance or composition.
12. Not a politician.

Please nobody ask any more questions about the year this person died, we've got it down to within 10 years.

All we currently know is that this was a real British person who died between 1910 and 1920.
