And frequently, I intentionally laid siege to Germany's home SC, so that in order to defend them, he had to have them covered, so Germany was playing short often, because I pressured (but did not take) his home SC enough to prevent from clearing them to build..

because I take their home SC, and give them non home SC.. Like I gave Russia all of Turkey's home SC, so he has four SC, but no open home place to build. France and Germany owned England's home SC, but they cannot build there.

If the bots have SCs, why don't they keep rebuilding units ?
