It is not possible. Line 415 says that a fleet can move from Nunavut to Beaufort Sea, but an army cannot.

In the "Fall of the American Empire" variant/map, it seems clear that an army from Nunavut can move to Beaufort Sea (true?)

But can an ARMY, without convoy, then move from Beaufort Sea to either Northwest Territories, Yukon or Anchorage??

Common sense suggests a resounding "NO" but what is the point of that little piece of land in Beaufort Sea?
