1. The cop is given accurate information when redirected, so they know who the new target is and their alignment

2. Thanks for catching that; prs cannot self-target with the exception of the doctor

i have a setup ready for 13p, which gets rid of the doc, the redirector, and 1 vt, if needed

Instead of swapping two possible targets, they select a possible actor and move their target to the chosen one?
yes; they choose a player and choose who they want the target to be if they're pr (similar to the witch in M92)

b, but this is because if the doctor's save target dies they know they were interfered with (assuming you mean an attempted save that was blocked or redirected)
