Is it Euclid?
Welcome to the game! Euclid is unfortunately not correct, but he would be a great choice for this game.

Beaten to it.

Scratch Euclid and go with Eratosthenes.
Eratosthenes of Cyrene is correct!
Got a bit of luck there!

Was this person Greek?

That's somewhat ambiguous, so let's make it more precise:

Does this person have an English-language Wikipedia page that uses "Greek" (or variants like "Greco", including, say, "Greco-Roman") as an adjective to describe him?
Yes.

Considering the time period, place, and previous round I feel like it has to be Punic wars related (Scipio Africanus)
I believe this guess was missed.
not a guess, just noting the scipio connection

Was this person born in what is now Morocco, Algeria, or Tunisia?
No.

3,4,8,10. Real male human, born in Africa, in what is now an African country that borders the Mediterranean, but not in what is now Morocco, Algeria, or Tunisia
1,2,5. Born before 55BC
7. Primarily famous for writing, philosophy, math, or astronomy
6. Not particularly associated with religion
9. Not mentioned on this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ancient_Indian_writers

NOT
Kaaper (Ernst_Brenner)
Ahmes (yavuzovic)

Also: I removed "Barca" from Hannibal's name on the spreadsheet, since it's causing confusion.
But now people will think it's George Peppard from the A team.

I won't count this because you may have missed "male" in an earlier question.

Hannibal?
I won't count this either because Hannibal has already been an answer.
Wasn't that Hannibal's father (Hannibal).
No, I had this confusion as well in the original thread. Hannibal's father was named Hamilcar Barca. "Hannibal Barca", while not actually a common epithet, still refers to the famous Hannibal, who was the target of that round.
