Where do you get these dates from? I certainly wasn't considering them.

Based on the Halley's Comet pass, I think the person has to have been born around 8, 46, or 86 AD, but with the date of birth being inexact. Or they could just have an extremely vague date of birth.

Not sure. While the Wikipedia article does refer to this individual as both slave and freedman, it does not specify when the transition occurred.
