+1 what's multi ball
I suggest going back and looking at rounds 157 and 204. Read them through from the start to the end; feel free to see if you can figure out what was going on in them before you get to the end.
Those seem fun. I had noticed the Kiel/Berlin/Paris/London one before.

I actually have an idea for a multiball round myself now…
See also rounds 95 and 128 for a different take on this concept.

Also - how do the multiball rounds work? They sound fun

You got it!

MythosOfMen, next time. That has happened to me before.
There were so many directions that the spirituality/religion clue could have gone. I went through so many possibilities before coming up with Wicca.

Next round is up imminently. I will likely do another multiball round soon, but not this one.
I did a deep dive on British occultists and still missed this guy. I was so sure it was Crowley lol. @Hominidae what was the scientific study connection?

Also - how do the multiball rounds work? They sound fun
He did a lot of amateur/self-guided anthropologic and archeologic study, from what I can see

+1 what's multi ball

Did this person spend a significant portion of their life outside of the geographic definition of the British Isles?

If yes, free guess: Gerald Gardner.

Edit: shouldn't have spent 5 minutes verifying every detail it seems

To be clear: this person was involved in some science-related work but that is not related to the main area of fame, which is a spiritual or religious movement. You have two questions left.

Was this person involved with a medical study?
No, not that I know of.

I'll grant you an extra two questions, because the "part of a scientific study" question really could have been a pass, and probably led to you getting sidetracked to an extent. But I wouldn't be surprised if someone got it without any more questions.

I'm stuck so I might as well throw my best guess out there: Jack Haldane, biologist, atheist, and neo-Darwinist.
No.

Fwiw I think it's an atheist or agnostic
Huh, that’s a possibility I hadn’t considered. In addition to the occultist/psychic stuff I also wondered if it’s a scam artist or con man.

I have no idea for this, so I'll just take a guess.

Free Guess: George Cecil Jones
